Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: use 10 μL of 1/50-1/100 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells or 100 lhuman whole blood. Immunoprecipitation. Immunhistochemistry on Frozen Sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
